COMPANY HISTORY

White Horse Employment was established in 1988 and specialises in providing recruitment solutions for Professional and Office Support vacancies.

Mandy Paterson, Director and Beverley Glover, Director, are supported by a team of Recruitment Consultants, Managers, accounts and admin staff and a specialist marketing department and are longstanding members of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), TEAM (The Employment Agents Movement) and other local associations.

Winners of the National Age Positive Recruitment Excellence Awards and finalists of the Wiltshire Business of the Year Awards for two consecutive years, the company has a philosophy of providing a quality service - finding the right jobs for their candidates, and the right candidates for their clients. They believe "selling jobs" to people is not what the recruitment industry should be about, their commitment is to provide a high level of customer service and their success in both Regional and National Awards, shows their commitment to achieving this.

Membership of the REC is an essential feature of the company's ongoing strategy, it provides a strict framework for reputable agencies to work within, helps represent the industry at government level and promotes the advantages of engaging temporary workers, championing their employment rights.

The company offers both temporary and permanent staffing solutions, with it's expert division "Professional Resources" catering for the more specialist management and professional opportunities. Registration is free for all candidates, and offers an opportunity to exploit the "hidden" job market. Many of the positions are not advertised by the employer/client directly and a large number of clients place their vacancies on a sole agency basis.

As well as offering recruitment services, the company has on site training facilities, a Personality and Job Profiling system, skill assessment programmes and Personnel Consultancy.

This company's approach to the Recruitment Service is refreshing because the emphasis is on quality of service and building long-term relationships rather than making short-term profit.
