Time Sheet

Your time sheet records the hours worked whilst you're on a temporary assignment, once signed by the organisation you have worked for is used to calculate your pay. Remember to provide a copy to your line manager, and it is vital you keep a note of your hours, and return your completed time sheet to us by fax to 01225 751636, or email payroll@wh-employment.co.uk, by Monday 10.00am of each week, so that pay can be credited to your account on Friday. Agency Workers Guide - What do the Agency Workers Regulations mean for you?

From the 1st October 2011, the new Agency Workers Regulations come into force. They give Agency Workers an entitlement to the same basic employment and working conditions as if they had been recruited directly by the hirer, some immediately and some after a 12 week qualifying period in the same job with the same hirer - this does not mean however that you become a permanent employee of the hirer after 12 weeks. National Insurance Contributions & Tax

Once you have started your temporary assignment with us, under your contract for services you will receive payment for any hours worked. We are responsible for deducting Income Tax and National Insurance from your pay through the PAYE (Pay As You Earn) system from your gross pay before you receive net pay.
