Recruitment Manager joins MD as a Fellow of the IRP


Sarah Matthews, Recruitment Manager of award winning Wiltshire-based Recruitment Agency White Horse Employment, joins Managing Director Beverley Glover in the “elite” group of professional recruiters appointed as Fellows of the IRP – the REC’s Institute of Recruitment Professionals.

 
The REC, Recruitment and Employment Confederation, is a leading trade organisation representing the recruitment industry throughout the UK.  It aims to promote and maintain professional and ethical standards amongst its individual members and participating agencies with all members adhering to a strict code of practice, complying with legislation and undertaking professional and personal development.
 
White Horse Employment has a number of IRP members and has been involved with the organisation for over 25 years, their consultants have combined experience within recruitment of over 80 years. Sarah has spent over 15 years working as a consultant and her appointment as a Fellow demonstrates her commitment and progression as a professional recruiter in a very competitive and demanding industry.
