"...I had some bad experiences with a few agencies, but I was pleasantly surprised at my experience with White Horse from the first moment I spoke to them. The staff were friendly, helpful and sympathetic, which was particularly important as I was feeling bruised as a result of my recent redundancy. They listened to my worries and above all else, were completely honest about my prospects in a difficult jobs market, which I really appreciated.

The team put me forward for a position at a local company. It was a completely new direction for me, having never worked in Retail before and I was a little apprehensive, but White Horse were sure my transferrable skills would be of interest to the company and supported me through the interview process for a job I did not think I could get. I am now working for that same Retail Company and loving it. The team also kept in touch after I accepted the position to make sure I was OK after I started.
