We are delighted to partner exclusively with a long-standing client of White Horse #Employment in their search for an HR generalist to support as a Senior HR Advisor.

Working within manufacturing, the role is to be the standalone HR support for our clients office near Bath, they operate several sites across South West UK and travel into Wiltshire would be required once a week.  Free parking available at all sites. Collaborating with key stakeholders across the different sites, you’ll contribute by ensuring the smooth running of the people initiative, applying technical knowledge to support the Head of HR with all functions.  This role is a varied generalist role, with the right person being comfortable completing administrative duties alongside advisory, with the view of growing to business partner.   You will assist HR Business Partners in delivering strategic regional initiatives whilst ensuring compliance with local legislation and operating standards.



The successful applicant will posses the following skills and attributes:
  • Experience in a HR advisor role
  • Able to plan and prioritise your workload and cases.
  • Up to date employment law knowledge
  • CIPD qualified- part or full
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own transport 
  • Developing HR processes, procedures and policies
  • Experience of coaching managers
  • Experience of a multi-site environment
  • Work on own initiative, requiring minimal supervision
  • Forge relationships with a wide-range of stakeholders and adapt personal style as appropriate
  • Excellent listening, questioning, persuading and influencing skills
  • Lead by example and demonstrate actions and behaviours required of others

As this role is the constant support for the site, there is a requirement to be in the office five days a week, they are a family orientated business and they do offer flexibility when needed, but the successful applicant will need to be in their Bath office at least four days per week, with a few days in Central Wiltshire throughout the month.
