Are you a customer service professional that thrives on going the “extra mile” for your customers? Are you empathetic and looking to join a leading local employer offering a friendly and busy working environment? Are you looking for the hours that suit your needs?
Working Monday to Friday flexible between 8.00am to 7.00pm - 37 hours per week; our client, an employer of choice based in Chippenham, is looking to recruit a confident and friendly customer service executive to join their friendly and busy team.
As their customer service executive, you will have excellent communication skills, lots of patience and tact and will be responsible for answering a large number of confidential calls and dealing with both customer enquiries and complaints. In addition you will be required to follow procedures, using your own judgement in line with processes to make a sound decision on calls. 
Additional duties to include: advising customers on services provided along with answering information on their account and at times dealing with frustrated or irate people. As well as covering reception and handling over administrative tasks as and when required.
Excellent telephone manner, tact, patience, a positive and can do attitude, efficient IT skills including Microsoft packages and experience as a customer service officer or customer service advisor are all a must as is the ability to keep information confidential.
