Do you have lettings experience or a genuine interest to work in the property industry?  Are you looking for a new challenge where you can grow with an organisation, with full training given?  Our client is a leading player in the local property market in West Wiltshire and has an urgent requirement for an Administrator to join their busy Lettings team.

In this varied role as Lettings Administrator, you will be involved in a wide range of administrative duties.You will be required to book property visits and assist with maintenance issues, producing a variety of documentation and reports for Landlords.  You will also deal with tenancy renewals, take enquiries from prospective tenants, arranging viewings and after training, you will also be involved with viewings.  You will also be responsible for updating the database and other departments and ad hoc tasks as required.    
Previous administrative experience is essential, together with excellent communication skills both face to face as well as over the phone and via email.  You will also be a team player, motivated by working within a target based environment.  A good level of IT literacy including MS Office (word and excel) is also required to be successful in this role, in particular first rate data entry skills, as accuracy is key.
Please note that due to the nature of the role, weekend work will be required, working one Saturday in four with time off given in lieu.  Your own transport will be essential, with business mileage reimbursed.
