Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new challenge? Are you adept with data entry and data analysis? Are you comfortable in a customer focused role? If yes, we have an excellent opportunity to join a leader in their field of Financial Services as a Fees and Payments Administrator to join their head office team.  

In this “hands-on” and varied role; as the Fees and Payments Administrator, you will provide excellent customer service to their customers, processing a number of payments including updating systems and dealing with clients in a professional manner both over the phone and via email as well as regular liaison with internal departments including accounts.
The successful applicant will also have good levels of numeracy and literacy and excellent IT skills, in particular data entry and Excel – a good working knowledge of pivot tables and “Lookups” would be advantageous.  A proven track record in a similar combined administration and customer services role is essential together with excellent communication skills and the ability to juggle a busy workload where no two days are the same!
