Are you an experienced Payroll Administrator, immediately available and looking for a long term temporary position? If so, our client is urgently looking for a proficient Payroll Administrator to join a leading local employer and hit the ground running.

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be joining a friendly team in a busy and varied office environment. As their Payroll Administrator, you will be covering all aspects of the payroll function.
You will be responsible for the effective administration support which include:
  • Payroll administration and support. ,
  • Collation and input of salary and staff information
  • Monthly and weekly payroll processing
  • Processing tickets and loading spreadsheet information for site pay reviews.
  • Working on Excel Spreadsheets.
  • Dealing with payroll queries and
  • Other payroll related duties in such a role.
The successful applicant will have a strong administrative background; experience working in a busy payroll function is desirable. You will have fast and accurate keyboard and data entry skills and be comfortable with working with bespoke databases and applications. Need to have intermediate Microsoft Excel skills .You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively on your own initiative as well as being an integral part of a team.
