Are you a Customer Service professional looking for a new challenge?  If so, our well-respected local client has an urgent requirement for a Customer Service Executive to join their team. 

 
As Customer Service Executive, duties will include managing a number of client accounts including dealing with queries by phone and email as well as processing orders, arranging delivery schedules and taking ownership of queries and rectifying problems to ensure a positive outcome.
 
You will also be liaise with a number of internal departments, therefore good communication skills are a must along with a confident telephone manner and a high level of IT literacy including a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, E-mail and PowerPoint.  Previous experience in a challenging customer services role is essential along with the desire to provide the very best customer service.  You will also need excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle a variety of different tasks with ever-changing priorities.  
 
Due to the nature of the role, occasional travel to see clients will also be required.
