Are you a Customer Service professional looking for a new part-time challenge?  If so our well-respected local client has an urgent requirement for a part-time Customer Service Executive to join their team. 

Working 30 hours per week (Monday to Friday); duties will include managing a number of client accounts including dealing with queries by phone and email as well as managing orders, arranging delivery schedules and taking ownership of queries and rectifying problems to ensure a positive outcome.
You will also be involved in liaising with a number of internal departments, therefore good communication skills are a must along with a confident telephone manner and a high level of IT literacy including a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, E-mail and PowerPoint.  Previous experience in a challenging customer services role is essential along with the desire to provide the very best customer service  You will also need excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle a variety of different tasks with ever-changing priorities.  
Our client requires this individual to work 30 hours per week every day, although there can be flexibility with the start and finish hours.  Due to the nature of the role, some occasional travel to see clients will also be required.
