Our client is experiencing a period of continued growth, and as such has created a new opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join their busy team, based at their offices in Chippenham.

 
Maintaining a significant market share, our client seeks to expand their business and this role will be integral to their growth plans. As Sales Administrator, your key role will be to support the sales team.
 
Duties include the following :
 
  • Being the first point of contact for clients, dealing with incoming enquiries from both existing and new clients via phone and email
  • Processing sales orders and invoices, keeping customers updated at every stage of the process
  • Producing reports for the management team
  • Maintaining and updating the client database
  • Following up enquiries and sending out samples and literature
  • Ad-hoc duties as and when required
 
The successful applicant will have a proven track record in a similar role as well as first rate customer services and administration experience.  With a professional telephone manner, you will be self-motivated, have good attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.  Our client also seeks an individual who is keen to be part of a committed team who have the passion to take the business forward.  A good level of IT experience is also essential, in particular Microsoft Word and Excel.
