Based near Chippenham, our client is seeking a Training Administrator to join the team on temp to perm basis.  Due to the remote location of the client, it is essential to have your own transport.

Reporting to the Director, you will be proving essential administration support to the team. The successful applicant will be would be responsible for all training related administrative tasks including ensuring that all training activity information and associated activities are up to date.
Duties to include:
  • Accurate collation and data entry for all aspects of training
  • To action all training enquiries and be proactive in chasing application information
  • To take all appropriate payments for courses before delegates are enrolled.
  • To produce all training materials and packs  for each course and prepare training rooms appropriately
  • To produce certificates upon course completion
  • Monitor the return of materials and paperwork from all training sessions.
  • Create reports to provide MI when required
Our client requires a confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Previous experience working in a customer driven environment, problem resolution. Organised with the ability to manage own workload, multitask and work to deadlines Excellent IT skills including knowledge of MS Office packages, excellent attention to detail and have a good standard of general education to GCSE level grade C and above or equivalent.
