Are you an energetic and motivated individual looking for your next challenge in a business to business sales environment? Do you have the skills to develop existing business as well as gaining new business? If the answer is yes, then this is the opportunity you've been waiting for.

 
Due to continued expansion our client now requires a talented and dynamic Business Development Executive to join their busy sales team. Duties will include:
  • Following up on marketing campaigns and nurturing existing clients
  • Using your excellent customer and product knowledge whilst speaking with senior managers, directors and decision makers to promote and upsell a wide variety of products
  • Supporting new business opportunities through all sales channels
  • Establishing and maintaining key relationships with intermediaries through gaining their trust and confidence in your knowledge and experience of products, pricing and processes
  • Opportunity to work as part of a small team and be responsible for working together to achieve team targets and maintenance of workloads
  • Maintaining an awareness and understanding of market practices and competitor products.
In summary, the successful applicant will have the following:
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written which will allow you to develop excellent working relationships with intermediaries and be confident discussing services, systems and processes;
  • The ability to self-manage and use own initiative, including being proactive and forthcoming with suggestions and solutions to issues
  • Highly organised and has the ability to move quickly between varying tasks and responsibilities whilst demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail at all times;
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team where the delivery of excellent customer service is key and always willing to go the extra mile;
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good level of IT experience including MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • CRM experience would be desirable.
