Are you a proficient administrator, looking to join a small, friendly and busy office environment in West Wiltshire and can hit the ground running? Our client is looking for assistance within their Commercial and Finance Team to assist with absence cover and the spreading of finance administration duties.

This position is on a Temp to Perm basis; working 22.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday 9.30am to 2.00pm), you will provide general office support which will include producing letters, researching data, membership and Direct Debit administration, as well as assist with the handling of telephone enquiries, taking care of stationery and preparing meeting rooms and organising catering, filing and reception duties.
The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills and can-do attitude. In addition you will have proven administration experience with excellent IT skills. Knowledge of mail merge and the use of formulas within Excel would be advantageous. You will demonstrate a good telephone manner, excellent organisational skills as you will need to prioritise your workload effectively. Strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy will be paramount with the ability to build rapport with internal and external customers.
