Are you looking for a new challenge?  Our prestigious client has an urgent requirement for an IFA Administrator to join their busy team.
 
As IFA Administrator, this key role will providing a range of support to the Paraplanners and Advisors, in particular compiling client information as well as regular liaison with clients and policy providers.
 
Duties will include:     
  • Submitting new business on behalf of clients
  • Facilitating annual reviews for clients
  • Processing new client information
  • Using a range of IT programmes to provide clients with an overview of their investment performance
  • Additional administrative duties
 
The successful applicant will have proven administrative experience gained within financial services, ideally within an IFA (or alternatively technical experience gained within pensions, investment or protection products).  You will possess first rate presentation and communication skills as you will be dealing with a wide variety of clients and have a good knowledge of IT packages including Word, Excel and Outlook.  In addition you will have excellent prioritisation skills and the ability to work in a busy, ever changing environment where no two days are the same!
