Are you an experienced HR Advisor with in-depth knowledge of employee relations and employment law? Do you hold your Certificate in Personnel Practice and are looking to study (or completed) towards your level 7 CIPD, or equivalent? Are you looking to join an “employer of choice” based in Trowbridge for an interim six month period?

 
Our client is looking for a confident HR Advisor that can work closely with the HR team and be responsible for comprehensive HR consultancy and change management, including TUPE, redundancy, and contracts. For this position you will need up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and be able to provide advice on policies and procedures and offer effective employee relations consultancy, from simple to complex issues. You will assist with disciplinaries, grievance issues and provide risk assessment and in addition you will assist with recruitment and selection, working to agreed policies and service level agreements.
 
The successful applicant will need to be CIPD (or equivalent) graduate and have experience covering all areas of generalist HR duties. Previous experience of applying employment legislation and good practice in HR is required as there will be a need to be able to write and develop HR policies.
