Our client is an employer of choice with distinctive heritage and brand and they have an urgent requirement for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join their busy team.

Working in an extremely fast paced environment, you will play a key part in delivering a consistently high quality food and beverage service, maintaining a required high standard of cleanliness and presentation of all food and beverage service areas.
As Food and Beverage Service Supervisor, duties will include:
  • Supervising, training and developing the food service team to a high standard of delivery, across a variety of different units 
  • Providing the highest standard of service of all food and beverage items, keeping service wastage to a minimum
  • Delivering the required preparation of the food and beverage service areas to meet variable daily demands 
  • Responsibility for regular stock checks and stock rotation
  • Working closely with the department Manager to achieve key annual performance targets as set in the annual budget
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a real passion for customer service and exceeding client expectations.  You will also be able to demonstrate supervisory experience within the hospitality industry in a multi-food outlet site or volume branded restaurant.  The following qualifications will also be required - CIEH approved level 3 Supervising Food Safety or City and Guilds Level 3 in Hospitality Supervision & Leadership (or equivalent).
