Are you looking for a trainee administrative role? Are you friendly, approachable and happy to undertake reception duties? Can you commit to a minimum three month temporary position? If the answer is “yes”, we have an unmissable opportunity for you!

Joining our client as their Reception and Finance Administrator, you will be working Monday to Thursday (9am to 5pm) and Friday (9am to 1pm), to assist with general administrative duties to assist the HR & Accounts Assistant. This will see your main duties surrounding:
  • Reception duties including answering and redirecting of phone calls
  • General filing and scanning of documents
  • Help process sales orders
  • Dealing with the incoming and outgoing post
  • General administration duties
  • Assisting with invoices, sales orders, purchase orders and credit control administrative duties and;
  • Assisting HR, Payroll and Customer Service Department ad-hoc duties as required.
  • Holiday cover for customer service assistant.  
The successful applicant will be happy to undertake a range of administrative and reception duties, have a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages gained within an office environment.
