As a working mum with two young children it is often difficult to find a challenging role that fits with the demands of a young family and yet calls upon the skills and knowledge you have developed over your career. Moving to Wiltshire several years ago I left a successful career within HR and didn't think I would find something that would let me have a part time challenging role which played to my strengths. Finding the right permanent candidates for key roles in local organisations is always varied, and gives me the right balance of time at home and time at work and is very rewarding.
