White Horse – Terms and Conditions of Business

Where White Horse Employment Network Ltd, trading as White Horse (“White Horse”), introduces either by mail, telephone or e-mail, any candidate for an assignment or placement then the introductions shall be subject to our Standard Terms of Business

 

All prospective employers and clients for whom White Horse arrange assignments or placements will be provided with a copy of the Terms of Business applicable to them at the point of enquiry or following enquiry.

 

Site Conditions of Use
White Horse are the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others. White Horse collects information from users at several different points on this website.

 

The use of, access to, or the submitting of information to, White Horse ’s website  www.wh-employment.co.uk (the “Site”), shall be deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions ('Terms'). You confirm that you will not post or transmit on the Site any material which contains any virus or other disabling devices which interferes or may interfere with the operation of the Site; or which alters or deletes any information which you have no authority to alter or delete; or which overloads the Site by spamming or flooding it.  You will not use any device, routine or software to crash, delay, or otherwise damage the operation of this Site.  You further confirm that you will not take any action that affects White Horse’s reputation or that defames, abuses, harasses or threatens others.

 

You may not

(b) post jobs that require citizenship of any particular country or lawful permanent residence in a country as a condition of employment, unless otherwise required in order to comply with law, regulations, executive order, or federal, state or local government contract;
(c) post jobs that include any screening requirement or criterion in connection with a job posting where such requirement or criterion is not an actual and legal requirement of the posted job;
(d) post jobs or other advertisements for competitors of White Horse or post jobs or other content that contains links to any site competitive with White Horse;
(e) sell, promote or advertise products or services;
(f) post any franchise, pyramid scheme, "club membership", distributorship, multi-level marketing opportunity, or sales representative agency arrangement;
(g) promote any opportunity that does not represent bona fide employment;
 (h) advertise sexual services or seek employees for jobs of a sexual nature;
(i) request the use of human body parts or the donation of human parts, including, without limitation, reproductive services such as egg donation and surrogacy;
(j) endorse a particular political party, political agenda, political position or issue;
(k) promote a particular religion;
 (l) except where allowed by applicable law, post jobs which require the applicant to provide information relating to his/her (i) racial or ethnic origin (ii) political beliefs(iii) philosophical or religious beliefs (iv) membership of a trade union (v) physical or mental health (vi) sexual life (vii) the commission of criminal offences or proceedings or (vii) age.
White Horse reserves the right to remove any job posting or content from the Site which in the reasonable exercise of White Horse’s discretion, does not comply with the above Terms, or if any content is posted that White Horse believes is not in the best interest of White Horse.

 

White Horse in its sole discretion shall determine your compliance with the above and shall have the right to prevent you from using the Site and/or to delete from the Site immediately and without prior notice any material that it deems not to comply or to be objectionable for any reason, without being required to give any explanation.

 

White Horse will use information supplied by you (including, without limitation, sensitive personal data) to aid the recruitment process and associated administrative functions. This involves White Horse , amongst other things, processing and storing information (including, without limitation, sensitive personal data) and passing or making available online such information to prospective employers and clients; information about vacancies and placements will be passed to candidates and may be posted directly onto the Site. We will process any data which you provide in completing the online registration or application forms and any further forms, assessments or personal details which you complete or provide to us when using this site in accordance with UK data protection legislation.
