White Horse Employment are pleased to be working with a leading UK manufacturer who are looking for a BDM to join the team in a brand new position.
As a BDM you will act as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring all SLA’s and targets are met.
Responsibilities of the role include:
· Delivering profitable growth with distributers.
· Balancing the requirements of both the customer and business, planning and coordinating price increases.
· Identifying new business opportunities.
· Holding commercial negotiations, aligning to strategic objectives.
· Management and development of the sales team.
The right person for the role will come with:
· Proven experience in a BDM position in the distributer industry, dealing with larger clients
· Confidence with negotiation strategies and knowledge of risk analysis.
· Strong professional understanding of implementing policies and processes, both internally and externally.
