This role is essentially estimating and managing commercial vehicle accident repairs, while helping grow the commercial repair business.
Main focus:
- Build the commercial repair customer base and win new business.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Prepare accurate repair estimates and quotations, using Audatex.
- Arrange parts, repair bookings and timescales for commercial jobs.
- Work closely with the Commercial Workshop Manager throughout repairs.
- Help monitor repair quality and progress.
- Keep customers updated, agree repair specifications and manage any additional repair costs.
- Support vehicle collection/delivery and deal with customer queries when required.
- Ensure quotations meet ISO 9001 and type-approval requirements.

Experience:
- Minimum 5 years' general coach-building experience
