Your day to day responsibilities are:
  • Chasing outstanding invoices and ensuring payments are received on time
  • Managing customer accounts and resolving payment or billing queries
  • Maintaining accurate records of account activity and communications
  • Supporting the smooth running of the finance function with general admin and account tasks
 
What we're looking for:
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar office-based role
  • Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • A team player with good time management and a proactive approach
