SALARY & BENEFITS: £21,000,21 days annual leave + Bank holidays, Pension, Private health care.

Our client in the Devizes area is looking for a permanent customer service and admin support representative who is a calm and confident communicator with previous customer service experience. This is to support answering telephone queries and emails along with office admin support where required. 

 Summary of main role and responsibilities:

  • Answer the telephone in a polite and helpful manner, promoting a centre for Excellence in Customer Services
  • Promote Customer Satisfaction throughout the department ensuring that all our customers receive a valued service
  • Product registrations
  • Service plan
  • Invoice and take payments for non-warranty work
  • Dealing with all Service issues and correspondence on a day to day basis
  • Placing Warranty and Service Calls for both In -house and 3rd part Engineers
  • Process service spares orders on a day to day basis, ensuring a high level of accuracy
  • Liaise with the Warehouse/ Stock Controller when dealing with stock issues
  • Process Credits on a weekly basis, including replacement parts
  • Arrange product replacement and collection when required
  • Take part in Departmental training/ meetings as required
  • Any other duties that may need to be carried out.
