JOB TITLE: Personnel Development Assistant LOCATION: Chippenham SALARY & BENEFITS:£22 plus bonus circa £24k HOURS: 37.5
Job Role
• Create New Starter Welcome Packs
• Be the host for New Starter Sessions in Induction Week
• Upload Training Dates to the HR System
• Log Training Certifications
• Deliver New Starter Sessions as a backup for the HR Manager
• Manage the Learning Campus for the UK
• Liaise with New Starters to attend iSTART & Mikado sessions in Germany
• Set New Starters up on Vendor Portals
• Provide support with searching for Training Courses
• General Admin Support
Job Requirements
You must be self-motivated and hard working with a minimum of good GCSE’s or equivalent in English and Maths and ideally, but not essentially, good A-Levels. You will be extremely efficient and well organised whilst paying attention to detail. A positive attitude, upbeat and helpful persona is key to this role. It is essential you can take direction but use your own initiative when required and be enthusiastic and self-motivated. MS Word and MS Excel knowledge would be useful but not essential. The company is very team orientated, so it is essential that you are a team player.
