Salary £18-28000 (DOE) plus commission.

This role will suit an individual with a minimum of two year's experience within Sales or Recruiting; you must be self-confident, target driven with good business acumen and able to deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience.
- Building client relationships and constantly seeking new opportunities in the market for business growth
- Negotiating with both clients and candidates
- Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
- Arranging interviews, feedback management and providing post-placement follow up
- Complete regular review meetings with clients to understand and communicate business changes
- Understand the local labour market
- Recognize and understand client's operation, challenges and requirements
- Ensure a positive approach to all activities and consistently demonstrate a desire to learn and improve yourself
