We have a new vacancy for a Senior Lettings Negotiator. Their place of work will be based in the Shepton Mallet Office, or at other offices as and when required by the needs business. The property portfolio in the local area is growing, and we need a new member to join the team to continue with its growth and success. This role will be fast paced and demanding, meaning that we need someone who is self-driven, resilient and excellent at prioritising tasks and staying organised.
The hours of work are full time – working 08:30 – 17:30 Monday to Friday, plus alternate Saturdays 09:00 – 13:00, with a ½ day back in lieu for every Saturday worked.
Our successful candidate will be required to complete all tasks required of a Senior Lettings Negotiator, but we specifically need someone who has existing experience, and proven success, in growing the business. Ideally, a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent service to all our clients and customers therefore we need someone engaging and has a strong customer focus.
Due to the nature of the role, we can only consider applicants who hold a valid UK driving licence and use of their own vehicle for work purposes. Local knowledge of the area would be advantageous. As all our administration is carried out on property software, we need someone who is confident in the use of IT.
Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum, and will be decided based on relevant skills and experience
