Are you looking for an exciting new challenge? Our client is a reputable, independent local employer and have an urgent requirement for a Residential Sales Negotiator to join their team in Frome on a temporary basis until September 2020.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, in this front of house primarily office based role you will help develop the business through performing viewings in and around the area.
Main duties will include;
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Registering applicants
  • Supporting sales progression
  • Diary management
  • Organising the day ahead for the office (such as organising keys for properties, taking accurate messages and passing on the correct information)
  • Any other Ad Hoc duties as and when required
As a Residential Sales Negotiator, excellent customer service and communication skills (face to face, verbally and written) are essential, in addition first rate administration skills and the ability to deal with high volumes of work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same is pivotal. You must also have a high level of computer literacy, be highly numerate and have a good eye for detail with good knowledge of Microsoft packages. Previous experience within the property industry is desirable, however not essential. Local area / property market knowledge or an interest in the property industry would also be advantageous.
The ideal candidate will:
  • Be immediately available and able to commit to the duration of the assignment (March - September)
  • Previous experience in a similar position would be advantageous although not essential
  • Full Driving Licence & Own Vehicle would be advantageous
