Do you have knowledge of the social care sector and a good understanding of the health service especially primary care services? Do you have experience of telecare services and/ or direct customer involvement? Do you have a full, clean driving licence?

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate individual to lead a team who provide first response care within the Salisbury community. You must possess a full, clean driving license and have a good geographical knowledge of Salisbury and surrounding areas.
This position will be able to offer staff members use of a company car, and successful applicants will be required to work day shifts and will be paid for that shift opposed to being paid per visit.
Shifts are solely daytime and you will work 2 weekends out of 4. For any weekend worked there is a 25% increase on the hourly rate. Mandatory care training is given upon starting and there is a wide range of different courses for future training if desired.
The successful applicant will have an in-depth experience of the health and social care environment, in particular primary care services. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus and proven experience of leading and mentoring teams.
