Are you looking for your next challenge in administration?  Our client is well respected manufacturer who produce a range of high quality products and urgently seek an Administrative Assistant to join their busy office.
As Administrative Assistant, key duties will include providing administrative support to the business including raising purchase orders, booking deliveries, production of a range of documents as and when required, assisting with costings, filing and photocopying as well as processing holiday and absence requests.  In addition you will be responsible for answering the phones and dealing with general enquiries, meeting and greeting visitors, filing, outgoing post and other ad-hoc duties.
The successful applicant will have experience in a similar role, ideally gained with the manufacturing industry (exposure to production planning would also be beneficial), together with a good level of IT literacy, in particular Word and Excel.  In addition you will have excellent communication skills, an organised and flexible approach and professional telephone manner.  With full support given, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company!
