Are you an experienced high level administrator that is highly numerate and looking for a varied challenge? Our client is looking for a confident administrator that can join them within their Purchasing Department providing essential administrative support as their Purchasing Administrator in a temporary position.

Within this role you will be assisting with the following:
  • Raising purchase orders with suppliers in line with company processes and requirements,
  • Liaising with internal and external contacts 
  • Following up on orders to ensure that materials are shipped and delivered on promised dates and
  • Other duties required in such a role where you will deal with both internal and external stakeholders daily requirements whilst developing  and maintaining supplier relationships
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a similar role and knowledge or previous experience with ERP systems, although not essential as training will be provided. 

The successful applicant must be conscientious and show good attention to detail. An excellent professional telephone manner is essential and interpersonal skills are necessary to interface with customers, suppliers and staff. You must be self -motivated, enthusiastic and able to hit the ground running.
