An exciting opportunity has arisen with one of our key clients, who are now looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team due to a period of recent growth.


Acting as the chief point of contact across the business for all Human Resources needs and enquiries. Alongside your day to day HR responsibilities, you will also support the accounts department by collating and processing payroll /monthly expenses.

  • Point of contact for HR enquires for all members of staff across all branches
  • Responsible for completion of Company induction process for all new staff members
  • Preparation of contractual documentation for new Employees
  • Employee reviews and appraisals in line with the Company’s procedures
  • Sending out application packs and managing the experiences of both successful and unsuccessful applicants
  • Managing annual, maternity, paternity and sick leave
  • Completion of references for past Employees
  • Keeping up to date records of staff retention levels
  • Processing all attendance, overtime, commission and bonuses through the payroll and ensuring that national minimum wage is met
  • Processing staff monthly expenses ensuring records are kept up to date
  • Working alongside all managers to ensure they are aware of their responsibilities and changes to HR laws and legislation

About You
You will be an experienced HR Advisor with a proven background in a similar role including strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with stake holders up to c-suite level.

Attention to detail alongside a highly organised approach is key to ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner, as well as having advanced IT skills to support the business.
