Our client is one of the fastest growing holiday companies based just outside of Swindon and they are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to support over the busy period.

As the Customer Service Advisor it will be your responsibility to enter onto the system and quality check all customer bookings within specified deadlines.  Ensuring attention to details at all times and high accuracy levels, including customer details, costings, calculations. To give excellent customer service at all times and to be able to use your initiative as and when required.
