Are you a consummate Field Sales professional with a strong background gained in territory management and development within the wholesale BWS industry?  Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a niche client looking to expand their offering to both retail and trade environments who will reward you for your efforts?

Our client is looking for someone able to cover the UK, so ideally Midlands based. They are looking for a driven sales professional with experience within the wholesale BWS sector, who has a strong background within field-based sales to join them as their Business Development Manager.
Your main responsibilities will include :
  • Responsible for the wholesale channel turnover and profitability
  • Management of existing customers for growth through strong negotiation skills
  • Effective use of company resources and active in field support, both with and without customers’ sales teams
  • Development of new business within the independent wholesale sector
  • Looking for opportunities within the take-home and national on trade channels
As their Business Development Manager, you will have excellent communication skills and will be able to draw  upon your strong negotiation skills and be adept at identifying a customer’s wants, needs and challenges, with clients ranging from Senior Buyers through to publicans.  Demonstrating your prospecting and closing skills whilst remaining a professional approach at all times, you will also be tenacious and driven with a thirst to succeed in a thriving environment. Please note that a full clean driving licence will also be required as you will be travelling around the UK.
