Our client’s well established and independent organisation is looking to recruit a Lettings Administrator to join their team in Bradford-on-Avon.

 
We are looking for someone with all round Administration experience and excellent communication skills, to join a small and friendly team. Your duties will include, general administration processing the rent, chasing any arrears, processing contractor’s invoices, reporting to landlords any accounts enquiries. As well as dealing with enquires viewings if required.
 
 
To be considered for the role, you will have good administration skills, together with MS Excel and Sageline50 (or equivalent). In addition, you will have exceptional organisational skills and good attention to detail.
