Are you a proficient administrator that has a background in customer account support? Are you looking for a new challenge where you can make your mark? Our client, a reputable local employer, is looking for a confident individual that demonstrates excellent customer service delivery to join them and hit the ground running as their Customer Account Administration Manager.

Reporting the Technical Services Manager as their Customer Account Administration Manager; the main purpose of the position is to provide administration support for the management of customer’s contracts. As the first point of contact for all telephone queries; this varied post will see you being involved with the monitoring and maintaining of customer databases, validation of invoices, management of changes to customer’s site portfolios and maintenance of filing systems as well as being involved in project support duties where required.
The successful applicant will have a strong administration background and experience of delivering customer service/account management support. You will have a high level of IT literacy, strong organisation and communication skills – verbally and in writing, a professional telephone manner with a professional approach. Experience of working in the utilities industry would be beneficial but is not essential.
