Our client is a leader in their field and enjoying continued growth. They urgently require a Sales Support Coordinator / Sales Administrator to provide essential support to the sales team and as such, duties will include assisting with the production of quotes, dealing with client and supplier queries, preparing a range of correspondence for clients as well updating a number of databases. In addition, creating invoices, processing payments as well as adhoc project work.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record within administration and customer service with a keen eye for detail and an investigative mind. You will not be fazed working in a very busy, pressurised environment where no two days are the same and possess a commercially focused outlook (for example ensuring the best prices are obtained from suppliers). You will be an accomplished communicator with excellent interpersonal skills; both verbally and in writing and have the ability to liaise with individuals at all levels (clients as well as internal departments). Also, excellent IT skills including MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook, exposure to CRM systems would also be useful.
