Are you a proficient administrator, confident communicator and unfazed by undertaking front of house duties such as “meet and greet” of visitors? Our client, an award winning employer based in Bradford-on-Avon is looking for a proficient receptionist to join them and hit the ground running.

You will join the company as their Receptionist where duties will include, but not be limited to:
  • Handling of incoming calls and dealing with general enquiries to the company.
  • Opening and distributing incoming mail and preparation and posting of outgoing mail.
  • Welcoming visitors and preparing refreshments.
  • Signing and checking deliveries and delivering to the appropriate recipient.
  • Setting up meeting rooms in preparation for meetings.
  • Keeping all necessary office supplies in stock including letterhead, toner cartridges and other day-to-day stationery supplies.
  • Assisting with the preparation of publicity material for conferences and exhibitions and
  • Administration support where required – to include data entry, filing, updating spreadsheets and typing of correspondence.
The successful applicant will have previous administration and reception experience, have good IT skills to include a good working knowledge of the Microsoft office suite; in particular Excel and Word. You will be a confident communicator and have excellent interpersonal skills to effectively deal with people over the telephone and face-to-face.
