Do you have previous administrative experience within financial services or have a genuine interest in the industry? Are you looking for a new challenge? If so, our prestigious client has a great opportunity for an Administrator to join their expanding team.

As Administrator, this key role will include a range of administration duties, including answering the phones, greeting visitors to the office and dealing with enquiries over the phone as well via email. You will also be responsible for producing a variety of documentation, inputting and updating information on a number of databases and liaising with a number of different individuals including clients, internal staff and suppliers at a variety of levels, therefore excellent communication skills are also required.
Previous experience in a similar role gained within financial services is preferable although not essential, together with a good level of numeracy and the ability to easily understand and process often complicated information. A good knowledge of IT packages including Word, Excel and Outlook is needed, you will be adept at prioritising your workload and used to working in a busy environment where no two days are the same!
