Are you an experienced Receptionist with strong administration skills, a confident telephone manner who delivers first class customer service?  Would you like to work in modern, state of the art, offices in a vibrant and friendly team with opportunity for progression?

Due to internal movements, our esteemed client, seeks an enthusiastic and professional candidate to join their team as Office Receptionist and Administrator for an initial 6–month fixed term contract.
Working as their Receptionist and Administrator, your role will be an integral part of the business as you will be the first port of call for all incoming client enquiries. Providing essential administration support to the operations and service team, this varied and vital position will involve the following duties:
  • Handling all incoming client enquiries both over the telephone and any visiting parties
  • Administration and customer service tasks required by the business.
This role will offer the applicant the chance to join an exciting organisation that encourages personal development. To be successful the applicant must possess experience in a role where customer experience is key, good administrative skills and a confident yet friendly telephone manner. You will be customer focused, a good team player, have good attention detail, a willingness to go the extra mile and excellent problem solving skills. Knowledge of the MS Office suite is key.
