Due to internal movements, our esteemed client, based outside Trowbridge, seeks an enthusiastic and professional candidate to join their team as Office Receptionist and Administrator for an initial 6 – month period.
Working as the Receptionist and Administrator, your role will be an integral part of the business as you will be the first port of call for all incoming client enquiries. Providing essential administration support to the operations and service team, this varied and vital position will involve the following duties:
  • Handling all incoming client enquiries both over the telephone and any visiting parties
  • Administration and customer service tasks required by the business.
This role will offer the applicant the chance to join an exciting organisation that encourages personal development. To be successful the applicant must possess experience in a role where customer experience is key, good administrative skills and a confident yet friendly telephone manner. Customer focused they must be a good team player and have good attention detail, a willingness to go the extra mile and excellent problem solving skills. Knowledge of MS office suites is key.
