Are you an experienced and organised Administrator with excellent communication skills, looking for an opportunity to join an established and growing company? Due to a vastly expanding market, a busy and varied opportunity has come up with our client in Devizes.
 
As Administrator, your duties will include:
 
  • Ensuring that all enquiries and queries are dealt with promptly and passed on to the relevant department, working to tight timeframes
  • Assisting with the production of client quotations as well as general administrative tasks to assist the team
  • Liaising with a number of different internal departments as well as external suppliers and contacts
Proven administrative experience is essential together with:
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written
  • Excellent co-ordination and time management skills
  • Attention to detail, the ability to work effectively in a team, but also having the resilience to work alone
  • Good levels of IT literacy including intermediate Word and Excel
