Are you a Customer Services professional seeking a new challenge?  Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join their experienced team.
As Customer Services Administrator, your duties will include:
  • Answering calls from Customers and logging the call details onto the system
  • Regular liaison with Engineers, placing calls on their behalf as well as updating clients accordingly
  • Arranging for products to be ordered as well as product replacements where required
  • Invoicing and processing payments
  • Liaising with a number of internal departments
  • Assisting with any customer queries that may arise
You will need:
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written
  • Previous administrative experience in a similar role
  • The ability to multi-task and work in a pressurised environment
  • Excellent IT skills including Word and Excel
