Do you enjoy figure work and have a background in payroll? Our client is seeking a competent individual to be responsible for end to end payroll including inputting, processing (using Quickbooks) and reconciling 3 x monthly payrolls for approximately 130 employees across the group.

As their Payroll Administrator, the role will require working to deadlines, creating and maintaining employees' payroll records, completing payroll reports, and managing pension Auto enrolment (including monthly download reporting and correspondence with employees). In addition to payroll you will co-ordinate requests for leave or absence, upkeep sickness and absence records, deal with travel claims and upkeep HR records.
Previous payroll experience is essential as is knowledge of SMP,SSP and SPP. You must be able to prioritise, work to deadlines, resolve pay queries and be well organised.
This is a part time role where flexibility is required in order to meet monthly deadlines. It will average 20 hours per week but may mean at month end you may work 10 hours one week and then 30 the next.
