Would you like the opportunity to work for an organisation that makes a real difference? Our client is looking for a Finance Administrator to join and small and friendly team.
You will be responsible for financial administration using the Sage accounting package. Manage expenditure spreadsheet. Banking of all payments received and updating of information on Sage, Petty Cash reconciliation, Pay supplier invoices including raising cheques and updating of information on Sage. Raise client invoices and email some of them out at end of each month. Credit Control, Administer Staff Pensions, assist with payroll administration.  Maintain records of staff salaries, PAYE, NI, SMP, SSP
Previous accounts and payroll experience, is a must with knowledge of Sage desirable (as full training will be given). Dealing with a variety of people you must have excellent communication skills, be sensitive to the needs of the clientele and be capable of working independently and under pressure.  Good planning and organisation skills will be paramount.
