Would you like the opportunity to work for an organisation that makes a real difference? Our client is looking for a HR and Payroll Administrator to join the small and friendly team.

Working 25 hours per week; hours to be agreed; as the HR and Payroll Administrator you will work under the direction of the Business Manager ensuring that the administrative functions of the HR and payroll departments run smoothly and that the company’s services are provided in an efficient and helpful manner.
Main duties involve arranging the timely payment of staff salaries through SAGE. On boarding of new staff, administering and maintaining records of staff salaries, PAYE, NI, SMP, SSP, SPP,  sick/maternity/parental and annual leave, and benefit schemes etc. Preparing payroll related reports for Finance Administrator and managers. General administration to support the HR Function.
