Are you a customer services professional who enjoys providing the very best experience to your clients?  Are you looking for a new challenge where your input will really make a difference?  Our client has a unique business and due to expansion has an urgent requirement for a Customer Services Manager (export) to join their team.

As Customer Services Manager, in this key role duties will include:

  • Management of a small team including recruitment and staff training / development   
  • Management of key accounts including developing client relationships, regular account reviews, promotional and pricing campaigns as well as internal reporting 
  • Monitoring and resolution of customer complaints
  • Associated administration including order processing and raising purchase orders 
  • Liaison with a number of departments including sales, finance, warehousing etc
  • Maintenance of the stock management processes across the product portfolio  
  • Review of supply chain performance 
  • Regular liaison with management to include new clients and products as well as supply chain management

The successful candidate will have proven customer service skills with exposure to export and supply chain gained within food, fmcg or manufacturing.  With a commercial outlook, an organised approach and a hands-on attitude you will also possess strong staff supervisory skills, a good level of IT experience as well as the ability to work in a fast paced and ever changing environment.
