Are you looking for an interesting role where you will play a key part working for a successful organisation? If so, please read on as our client has a varied role for an Administrator to support their busy team.
As Administrator, duties will include the following:
  • Production of a wide variety of documents including letters and reports
  • Data entry including adding to and updating the database
  • Answering the phones and dealing with client calls and queries
  • Inbound and outbound post and deliveries
  • Adhoc project work as and when required
You will have a proven background within administration with excellent communication and presentation skills as you will be dealing with individuals and clients at all levels. In addition, first rate IT skills including Word and Excel, accurate data entry and typing skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. With the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team, you will not be phased by ever changing priorities. Previous experience within financial services would be beneficial although not essential.
