Are you a motivated Quality Control Team Leader, looking for a role where you can truly deliver to the very highest standard? Are you looking to continue a career with an award-winning manufacturer? We have a fantastic opportunity, working an employer of choice within the FMCG manufacturing sector.

Our client is well respected local employer, looking to engage an experienced Quality Control Team leader to join the team and ensure the delivery of the very highest standards of quality across all the sites. Reporting to the Production Manager & Supervisor. The key responsibilities of this position will include:
  • Helping the team meet schedule deadlines, and ensure products are consistent to the correct specification and quality standards
  • Ensuring stock is produced to a consistently high standard and meet the needs of the customers and their specifications
  • Pro-active Identification and escalation of any corrective actions and non-conformances where required.
  • Need to be able to lead a team, including training and development by sharing QC knowledge.
The successful applicant will have a proven track record in a Quality role, ideally gained within the manufacturing or production environment. You will require excellent communication skills, and able to effectively deal with both internal staff and external clients/contacts at all levels. In addition you will require a good level of IT literacy, an organised and flexible approach, the ability work in a pressurised environment with ever changing deadlines and priorities
